I set up this blog to share my passions.   My intent is not to present myself as an expert on any given topic, but  rather to share my experiences, insights and research that eventually morphed into passions.  For me, it is equally important  to  discuss and exchange information with those who share these interests and finally, to offer help to those who are seeking answers.

So, having said that let’s talk about:

SKIN CARE:  Ladies (and gentleman) are you confused about what skin care products really work?  OK, this is not exactly a discussion on how to solve world hunger, but it is frustrating to spend money on product after product and see minimal, if any results, is it not?  I have been doing some research in this area, but more on that later…..

CREDIT REPORT RESTORATION/PRESERVATION:  This is a subject that seems to be a topic everywhere; friends, family, the media.  Everyone seems to be concerned.  What concerns me the most is the thought that for every person who speaks openly about their concerns, it is likely that there are ten folks who do not talk about it at all.  I believe it is likely that people remain silent out of  fear or shame.

I worked for a mortgage company a few years back where I frequently consulted with the credit bureaus on how to help applicants improve their scores.  I am only too happy to share what I learned.  I also encourage all of you out there to check in with your experiences and what you learned by them.

HEALTH, WEIGHT AND EXERCISE:  I remember a phrase from an old, old  song; “can’t have one without the other”!  Sorry, but it is true.  For a couple of years, I managed a woman’s fitness center where we coached women on a holistic level including diet, exercise and nutrician.  I am only too happy to share what I learned from the experts, and as always interested in what you have to say.  Anyone want to weigh-in on this one? (No pun intended).

THE HOUSING MARKET AND WHAT IT MEANS TO BE “UNDERWATER”:  This topic is wide and deep.  Any helpful information intended to spark discussion is always appreciated.

THE ECONOMY, OIL SPILL AND OTHER SOCIAL ISSUES:  OMG do not get me started!
